Working at SKO
are we SKO

The great thing about working at SKO is that we really do it together. Together, for the children!

For 35 years, we have been committed to creating a loving and stimulating environment for children aged 0 to 14. A wonderful place where they can grow, develop, and, of course, have lots of fun. We do this in our 11 locations, and successfully.

Over 200 employees work together at SKO, and we are growing fast! That is why we are looking for PP professionals who share our passion for working with children and are also eager to grow themselves. To give children an unforgettable day with energy and enthusiasm!

You put children first, see yourself as a future builder and believe that you can make progress together. At SKO you get the space to develop yourself in your profession and also as a person. We think the second is just as important!

We do this by leading the way in pedagogical methodology, investing in knowledge and tools to empower you, by offering courses and through our network of committed and warm colleagues with whom you can get the best out of your career together.

We have grouped all of this into four domains:

Being together
Collaborate
GROW together
MAKE IMPACT together

Working at SKO

At SKO, we work together. A great example of this is Nathalie. In addition to being a Personnel Officer, she is also a communications officer and contributes to various communication projects and the development of our campaigns. Who better to convey what children and colleagues at SKO want than a true SKO employee? How did that come about? Nathalie would be happy to tell you more about it.

SKO'ers are future builders. We are aware of our influence on children's development and its impact on their lives. Rutger guides our teenagers so that they can make the transition to secondary school confidently and with enthusiasm. Rutger therefore pulls out all the stops to weave this serious side of the job into a pleasant experience for the children, which they will look back on with great pleasure. How Rutger does that? Watch his story.

Just like a child's development, the development of an SKO staff member never stops. We always want to offer our children the best care, stimulation, and experience. To be able to do this, we also continue to invest in ourselves. Kim, our trainer, helps you with that. And as you might have guessed, Kim is not just any trainer, but an SKO staff member who has dedicated herself to the children as a PP staff member for years.
In this way, by learning from each other, we become better together and we grow in our profession.
Still Kim?
