Your child may not be present on a contract day. If you cancel your child at least five working days in advance, you will receive a credit (you will not receive any credit for canceling a non-school day* and you cannot use any credit for a non-school day). You can use this credit again when applying for another day of care. If you have no credit and still want to request a day of care, you can request an extra day. This day will be billed the following month. A request for a childcare day from the credit or an extra day can be approved if there are enough employees and sufficient space in the group (in such a way that it fits within the laws and regulations). In the current time this is still possible, just less often than you and we would like.

* Non-school day: all days (outside the planned twelve school holiday weeks) that are specified as such in the school year plan at the start of the school year (study day, Friday after Ascension Day, extra days fixed to the school holiday, etc.)
