The SKO management team consists of three managers: Wanda Dark (Manager Organization & Operations), Danielle Ligtvoet (manager Childcare Oegstgeest Midden) and Daniëlle de Wit (Pedagogy Manager). Together, they are responsible for the day-to-day management of the organization — at the groups / locations, at the office in support and operational management, and in pedagogical development.
The Management Team meets ten to eleven times a year chaired by / with the Managing Director. In addition, the Management Team meets with all Childcare managers every quarter for an extensive thematic consultation, in which we review annual plans and progress against our ambitions.

Management
The Managing Director of SKO is Evalien Rengers. She is ultimately responsible for the strategy, policy, and day-to-day management of the organization, and monitors the course, mission, and ambitions of SKO in relation to societal, political, and financial developments — including the quality and safety of the care provided by SKO. Powers and duties are laid down in the Governance Regulations, which were re-adopted by the Supervisory Board in 2025.
The board has in early 2026 the SKO Annual Review 2025 shared with parents and relatives.
