Pedagogical policy

Our pedagogical policy consists of our pedagogical vision, the information booklet for the relevant location and various internal policy documents for employees. The information booklets can be found via the parent portal.

In our pedagogical vision, we describe how we view children and how this is translated into a number of pedagogical principles – and what this means for our actions in practice and the way we interact with children. It is based on the Pedagogical framework of children's centers 0-4 years and 4-13 years from the Bureau for Quality Childcare (BKK). These frameworks make scientific and practical knowledge accessible, inspire pedagogical professionals in their daily work, and form the basis for our vision.

We regularly adjust our pedagogical vision and/or policy, for example when new insights emerge. In doing so, we ask the parent committee to think along with us and advise us. Do you have any ideas too? We would love to hear them!
