Report and Code of Conduct

We want to prevent unwanted behavior and ensure a safe environment — for employees, children, parents, and visitors. That is why we are affiliated with Confidential advisers in the Netherlands and we apply a code of conduct to prevent unwanted behavior. In this, we expressly reject discrimination, aggression, (sexual) harassment, and bullying — regardless of the grounds.

The code of conduct applies to everyone involved with SKO: employees, interns, management, the Director and members of the Supervisory Board, but also parents, children, and visitors. We expect everyone to adhere to it.

Whistleblower Policy

SKO has a Code of Conduct for Integrity Matters for the protection of employees who report a wrongdoing and wish to expose it.
