Registration and opening hours
Your child is welcome at our daycare from 10 weeks. Our day care centers can be found in the various neighborhoods of Oegstgeest, together with our playgroups and after-school care. When your child turns 4, it is only a small step to our after-school care.
Pregnant?
As soon as you are three months pregnant, you can have your child with us amelden for our daycare. Registration is free and without obligation.
We apply additional guidelines for babies. For your child's well-being in the group, for example, we choose to place babies for a minimum of two days, and sometimes we opt for an extended settling-in period. Together with you, we will look at what your child needs in group care. Would you like to know more or discuss your specific situation? Then please send an email to info@sko-oegstgeest.nl and indicate at which location you would like to register your child. The pedagogical coach at that location will then contact you.
Opening hours
We are open every weekday from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM. You can drop off your child between 7:30 AM and 9:15 AM and pick them up between 4:45 PM and 6:30 PM. These fixed drop-off and pick-up times ensure peace and quiet for most of the day, allowing us to follow our daily routine undisturbed together with the children. Would you like to pick up your child at a different time? We would be happy to discuss this with you. At child center the Children's Butterfly By the way, you can already come in from 7:00 AM via our early service!
Waiting lists
We work with waiting lists at many locations. Availability depends on cancellations and changes, and is influenced by factors such as desired start date, number of days, preferred days, age, and turnover. On Wednesdays and Fridays, there is generally a better chance of securing a spot.
It sometimes happens that we are unable to place a child on the desired start date. We therefore advise you to register in good time and to start thinking about an alternative in case immediate placement is not possible — this way, you won't be faced with any surprises.
