Improvement meter
Happy parents and happy children
We are open to suggestions from parents, individually or through the parent committee. When dropping off or picking up, there is always an opportunity to discuss with our staff how a child is doing and what parents are or are not satisfied with.
In addition, we continuously monitor customer satisfaction via the Improvement Meter. At various times (upon introduction, after the settling-in period, annually, and after deregistration), parents receive a questionnaire allowing them to rate our childcare services. The rating is measured on the topics of care, pedagogical climate, pedagogical professionals, facilities, financial administration, and communication.
The Paping family tells….
From day care to the Toptieners... the Paping family has been through the entire SKO journey. And this is how they describe it:
“Many notebooks filled with her eating, drinking, and sleeping habits, her first words, and later all the adventures and pranks she pulled. And not to forget the wonderful holiday weeks in the Log Cabin — mud, sunscreen, and enthusiastic stories! And then the Waaghals: a paradise for creativity. Artworks made from lampshades, sewing a bag from old jeans, but also a haven of peace with cups of tea and chicken soup in her own mug. At the Toptieners, being able to tell your story to Jacqueline and Rutger, playing hide-and-seek, or making delicious baked goods in the kitchen.”
