Get used to

Going to toddler care for the first time is quite exciting, for your child and for you too. That is why we are happy to give you the time and attention needed to adjust. So that we can get to know each other and to give you the confidence that your child is in loving and caring hands with us.

How does it get used to?

Together with the pedagogical professional, you determine on which day or days your child can attend for a few hours. This way, your child gradually becomes familiar with the new environment, the other children, and the people caring for him or her. The exact nature of the settling-in period depends on your wishes and the possibilities of the group.

The introductory meeting

Approximately three weeks before the start date, the pedagogical professional of the group will contact you for an introductory meeting. In advance, you will receive a request by email to complete an online introductory form.

During the conversation, you will hear what a morning at the toddler daycare looks like — but just as important is what we want to hear from you: how is your child doing and what is important for us to know? Based on the completed form, we will discuss this together and make arrangements for the settling-in period. There is plenty of room for questions, so feel free to ask!
