Reduced rate

Oegstgeester toddlers (2.5 – 4 years) can go to toddler care for 2 half days a week, 40 weeks a year at a reduced rate. The so-called 'Access Regulations for Toddler Facilities Oegstgeest 2018' is for toddlers of parents who are not entitled to childcare allowance from the government. The municipal contribution is income-related. Parents can report directly to SKO; they do not have to apply to the municipality.
