Investing in the future starts with investing in people. That is why SKO is restarting its own BBL class in February 2027 for the Specialized Pedagogical Professional program (MBO level 4).
With this program, SKO offers motivated BBL students the opportunity to combine work and study. They start working immediately in childcare, gain valuable practical experience, and receive a salary for it. In addition, they obtain a recognized MBO diploma.
A particular advantage of this program is that the trajectory in only 1.5 years can be completed, whereas a regular degree program typically takes three years. This makes SKO an attractive route for both new talent and career changers looking for a meaningful career switch.
With its own BBL class, SKO actively invests in the development of future pedagogical talent and contributes to the quality and continuity of childcare in the region.
