In January 2024, the 2-year BBL training (working and learning) Child Professional (level 4) will start in collaboration with Public Primary Education Oegstgeest (OPOO), the mboRijnland and SKO. It is a unique opportunity to obtain the Specialized Pedagogical Employee and Teaching Assistant diplomas within 2 years. The training is paid for and the BBL student immediately gets a nice workplace at one of our locations in Oegstgeest.
Within two years, the BBL students are trained as broad child professionals, gaining experience in shaping a rich development environment for children in both day care and education. SKO and OPOO believe in a joint approach to offer children the best possible learning and development place where children can discover, experiment, marvel and learn through play and be themselves. The BBL students receive courses in the field of pedagogy and different developmental phases of children, observing and guiding children in interaction with other children and recognizing signals. In addition, they also receive the real school subjects, such as Dutch, math, English and Career & Citizenship.
This BBL trajectory is mainly for enthusiastic people with a passion for this profession who have already gained some work and life experience in another industry and/or have completed (part of their) training in another field at a minimum MBO 3 level. look at the job offer or apply directly.
