Where do we look for this talent? There is always something going on at one of our twelve locations in Oegstgeest. From the modern Vuur en Vlam to our creative and playful location Uit en Thuis. They are all unique and of course “inhabited” by energetic colleagues and perhaps the nicest children in Oegstgeest! And with so many locations, there is always plenty of work.

Pedagogical Professional Flexpool

Have you found your favorite spot after a while? Just that one location or that nice colleague? Prefer to move on to a permanent place? Then we would be happy to look at your wishes and our options together.

What will you be doing as a pedagogical professional in the flex pool?

At least 17 hours a week (minimum 2 days a week, on-call contract negotiable);
You provide a safe and familiar environment where children feel at home;
On a daily basis you offer the children activities that suit the development phase and age of the children;
You thus offer children an environment in which they can be themselves and develop their talents;
For parents you are a serious and expert discussion partner and the point of contact for questions and wishes.

What are you bringing?

Minimum subject-oriented vocational education;
Knowledge and experience in working with childcare (BSO and daycare) and continuous development line;
Endorse pedagogical child vision SKO;
Customer-oriented, result-oriented, flexible and stress resistant;
Ability to communicate, collaborate and plan & organize well;
Creative and sensitive;
Sufficient command of the English language;
3F language level;
It is an advantage if you have a VVE certificate.

Salary according to the Childcare Collective Labour Agreement, scale 6, between €2,641 and €3,630 gross per month for 36 hours per week;
