We are a recognized internship company for the following courses:

4. Helping Care and Welfare (level 2)
5. Social worker (level 4)

We offer you a great internship opportunity where you can get acquainted with all forms of childcare. Where you can learn the profession of a pedagogical professional and develop yourself into a true professional. We collaborate extensively with mboRijnland, and other educational institutions are also welcome. We have openings for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-year BOL interns. You can receive a different internship placement with us in every year of your studies, allowing you to gain knowledge and experience in all forms of childcare (view our locations here). This also helps you discover what you truly enjoy. In addition to your internship, starting from the 2nd year, you can work at your internship placement during holidays and/or on days off. This way, you receive extra salary alongside a generous internship allowance.

HBO internship

Every year we have a number of places available for HBO students who follow a course in the field of Pedagogy or Social Work. We also welcome students from other disciplines to explore the possibilities of an internship.

This is what we offer you:

1. Good guidance: you will be supervised by a permanent practical trainer and a work supervisor in the group where you do your internship or work. We also work at all locations with a pedagogical coach who supports and coaches employees in the development of pedagogical actions with children in the group. You can also get all the questions and support you need here.
2. In your training you will also get to know Pedagogical Educational Image Coaching (PEB). A valuable tool that gives you insight into your way of interacting with children in the group.
3. Own academy SKOOL: we are a learning organization and find it important to learn with and from each other. We do this in our own academy SKOOL. Here you can follow courses, training courses, workshops, inspiration sessions in the field of pedagogy and personal development, because that is just as important to us.
4. Internship compensation: for a BOL internship, you receive an internship allowance between €90 and €450 per month (depending on the study program and the number of days);
5. Compensation for you travel expenses regardless of your commute distance and mode of transport;
6. cozy SKO drinks and fun activities, outings and gifts;
7. A nice side job during your training during holidays and/or days off at your own internship location;
8. Guaranteed a nice contract when you finish your education!

This is what we ask of you:

1. Especially enthusiasm and passion for this wonderful profession;
2. You have sufficient social and communication skills;
3. You have a good command of the Dutch language.
