Pedagogical Professional in training (BBL)

You actually always knew it: working with children gives you energy. Perhaps you are currently working in a completely different industry or do not yet have the right qualifications. Good news: we will pay for your training as a Specialized Pedagogical Professional and immediately provide you with a great workplace at SKO in Oegstgeest.

Are you opting for an accelerated route? Then you can obtain your Level 4 Specialized Pedagogical Professional diploma within 1.5 years. You will follow the program in our own SKO classroom on location at SKO in Oegstgeest; Specialized Pedagogical Professional in training (BBL) | Level 4.

Your workplace:

You will work and learn at the best childcare organization in Oegstgeest. During your training, you will be introduced to all forms of childcare (daycare, playgroup, after-school care) and different age groups. This way, you will discover what suits you best.

You start with a contract of at least 12–20 hours per week.
Opportunity to increase your hours during your studies
Starting salary: €2,555 to €3,425 gross per month at 36 hours per week
Working hours between 07:30 and 18:30
After your diploma: guaranteed job at SKO

What we ask of you:

Enthusiasm, motivation, and love for working with children
Minimum VMBO diploma in the vocational track, MAVO, MBO 3, HAVO or equivalent level

Work and life experience in another industry is a plus.
