Oegstgeest has gained a Sport BSO!
SKO opened the first Sport BSO in Oegstgeest on Monday 7 March 2022. Sports after school care de Cuyl in Sports Hall de Cuyl. Sport BSO de Cuyl is an out-of-school care facility that pays a lot of attention to sports and exercise, but above all where fun comes first. Full of enthusiasm, pedagogical staff Cas and Chantal offer various sports and games activities for children from 7 years on every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, such as island dodgeball, laser tag, freerunning and tap games.
The location in Sporthal de Cuyl offers many possibilities, such as the use of the gym and the outdoor sports fields when the weather is nice. In addition, children can play, draw and do crafts in the sports canteen. There are two groups: children aged 7/8 and 9+ from the schools The DOK, Jenaplanschool de Kring – location de Willibrord, Gevers Deutz Terweeschool, Hofdijckschool and the Lichtwijzer. It is possible to opt for a combination of sports group and 'normal' after-school care at DOK or Vlam.
In the introductory week prior to the opening, it became apparent how great the children's enthusiasm is for this form of after-school care. The kids had the most fun with activities like shark tag. Exercise and have fun with friends after a day of school. SKO is proud to be an organization in, with, by and for Oegstgeest with this Sport BSO. Together for the children!
